Extensions
We can build your extension to your architectural drawings and designs or if you do not have a design team we can work with you to develop a conceptual layout for your new extension as long as you keep within the exempt development planning regulations.
We can carry out P.S.C.S role (building regulations) and liaise with your design team as part of our work.
Renovations
We’ve renovated properties that were built in the 2000s and as far back as the 1840s. We have extensive experience working in this complex area of construction and understand all the pitfalls that can occur in these types of projects. Additionally we have worked alongside conservation architects / structural engineers where they were required.
The most common type of renovation work we carry out for our clients comply with the deep retrofit scheme. We can partner on your behalf with a OSS grant agent to access the S.E.A.I. grants available to you.
