After making the decision to take down the wall dividing our kitchen and back sitting room, the next decision was “Who do we get to do the Job?” It wasn’t just the matter of the wall, but new patio doors needed to be fitted, new windows, new kitchen, new internal doors, new floors, new tiles and so on, the list was just endless. After speaking to a few Building and Renovation Contractors we were introduced to Andrea of My Space Build And Design and the decision was made, She was the lady for the job.
She listened to our needs and took into account our budget while also guiding us through the realities of a renovation job like ours. She was always on hand with her expertise and no problem was too big. She took over the project management of our job and that was so reassuring as we did not have to deal with any subcontractors, orders, deliveries etc. She was on hand to help with kitchen choices, paint colours, floor and tile decisions and multiple other things, her attention to detail is second to none.
